Stimulus Checks

A lot of people are going through tough times right now… people are scared, confused and worried about how they’re gonna make ends meet. With that being said, people wanna know… Are we gonna receive another stimulus check from our government? Well… to answer that question, I’ll pose another. With Joe Biden leading the polls, wouldn’t Trump want to give voters a reason to side with him? Now I understand that Republicans don’t necessarily want Trump to give another Stimulus package BUT… with the bad taste Trump has left in the mouths of MANY Americans. Would he really feel comfortable not giving US citizens another stimulus package. To support my theory, Trump stated in an interview that he plans on giving a very “generous” package. I think the President understands and believes that these are the kinds of things he had to deliver on if he wants to be in office for another 4 years.

Here in America, we’ve found ourselves in a VERY stressful and crazy time. Everyone is anxious to use whatever platforms they can find to voice their opinions no matter even if they haven’t put much thought behind. A lot of people find them selves retracting their statements and apologizing. We’re living in a “Cancel Culture” era. People find that even 10+ year careers can be flushed down the drain over an opinion. So I ask, what do you think? Should we be holding people accountable for blurting our their opinions without caring who they offend? Or should we be more accepting and open for these hard conversations? Or does it simply depend on the topic or circumstance?
